In my younger years I practiced Judo, Kenpo and Aikido, each for 2 years.
This was a Jiu-Jitsu workshop in San Francisco. The Jiu-Jitsu master was 80 years old when I made these images in 1993. Olympus OM-3, Kodak film.

Thank you very much, Rob. :)

Pete, thank you very much. Welcome back (in words).

Sorry to hear your eye problems have returned Pete, is it an infection that causes it or something else?
Hope they get back to normal soon...

Sorry, I forgot it was before you joined. Yes, I contracted toxoplasmosis and that resulted in a lesion on my left retina but outside my field of vision. But the resulting inflammation and increased pressure threatened my vision for a while. This time the lesion hasn't reactivated but the inflammation and high pressure have. It is responding to the treatment but will take about 3 months before I can stop the treatment - last time it was 9!.

Sorry to hear this, Pete. I did not know. :( Hope it was nothing serious and passed. Since this is open to public, I am hesitant in asking details.
