Mirror Stop Foam Pentax Spotmatic

I have a nice old Spotmatic 1000 but the foam in the mirror box has turned to goo. Can anybody advise what section and type this foam is, and where i might obtain a piece?

I know this is going to sound easy.
I'd probably go for some self adhesive foam (depending on how thick it was previously if known)

It goes without saying that you'd have to cut it to size.
If you type in camera light seals in the search engine on eBay, it'll give you more options.
