Wow. I'm always so impressed when people know the names of plants. Seriously. When I was a kid growing up in Ontario I knew the local wild species, but then we moved to the UK when I was 12, then I lived in Africa before coming back here. So I'm confused. I know - weak excuse.

Perhaps creepy-crawly would also work, and provide some clues as to the sub-species.
