some of the skyline was gorgeous it did get a bit dark though as a snow storm passed over

Ver nice Dave - you're clearly getting used to the new camera. These really have some great depth to them, even more than the mud! A bit bigger would be nicer if you can though - they look so much more impressive on your Flickr stream.

Thanks Pete 640 medium seems to work better[doh] I forgot to change the size when posting this from small I seem to have taken to the Nikon easily

Thanks Paul were on the edge of the Staffordshire moorlands with the peak district a bit further out where this was shot is 5 mins from our front door by car

Thanks Rob I will almost be camped there in a couple of weeks when there running the steam extravagansa from that spot to leaving the station I can normally get three different shots of each loco this is an example of the shot
