My New Leitz Summicron 35mm V3

I didn't quite click with the nearly new zeiss biogon 35mm f2 I bought not so long ago, it was a little too big to go under my coat when on the camera ... is that a good enough excuse for not liking it? I'm struggling to justify myself a little ... Anyway, I decided I wanted a lens with Leica (or at least leitz) written on it! :D
So I sold the biogon to @Ben Jennings and bought my self this:

I should lead to results that aren't quite as "good" as the biogon - It's from 1975 so it is probably at little more susceptible to flare, not quite as high contrast ... and generally a little less predictable. Basically my kinda gear!

:)

I decided to bring mine with me rather than the Zeiss (it's a Type V - '99). My 35/1.4 is being serviced (it fell off the x-ray band onto a marble floor at Vienna airport las year - no obvious damage and Leica have confirmed it is perfect but are adjusting the aperture blades while they have it) so I have the 50mm, a 24/1.4 and the Zeiss 18mm with me. We'll see!

Maybe you should get one ... If be interested to see hear your view on a comparison! :)

135 eh? One of them ones with goggles?
