A couple of weeks ago I had posted about my interest in picking up a Fuji MF camera.
Here's my original post:

Well, KEH had a free shipping deal last week and so that compelled me to take the plunge and I bought the GM670 they had.
To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed in the condition of the camera. The glass is good, and the camera appears perfectly functional (I'll know more on that by the end of the day) but esthetically it has seen far better days. The finish has flaked off in many areas and some of the retaining screws as well as the secondary shutter release button are rusted over.
Now, I admit I bought a "Bargain" grade camera. (It was the only 670 they had, and I like that format and I like the flexibility of interchangeable lenses and on top of that I'm seeing posts on websites suggesting these models aren't available all that often.) Now, there is nothing about the condition of the camera that doesn't fit within the parameters of KEH's definition for their Bargain rating. However, perhaps I just expected more because of KEH's reputation for evaluating their used equipment generously,...a reputation that was reinforced in my mind by the condition of the "bargain" Mamiya C33 I bought from them which was in delightful condition for its age.
Suffice to say the GM670 is a bit rough. I have 14 days to return it. Not sure yet what I'll do, and I hope the thing grows on me, but at the moment I am not enchanted.
It's a beast, by the way. The lens is the size of a bazooka.
