Critique Welcomed My tube is bigger than your tube...

Very nice. They do a bracket to hold up the extended lenses, to save it toppling over when on a tripod. Still looking forward to your shots with it. Fine camera and lenses.

Thanks, Rob. The negs from 2 rolls are supposed to be here tomorrow. I'm anxiously awaiting them. Hope some came out.

Now, now, boys... I did say "tube". I don't see any tubes bigger than mine. Ian posted a photo of a bellows and that copy stand setup with the hazel leaf has little bitty tubes on it compared to the Mamiya. :p

Nice looking camera John...is it expensive to have film developed from it...?

Thanks, Douglas. Fairly expensive if you get it developed and scanned. It shoots 120 @ 6x7 which gives 10 frames per roll. The first few rolls I've shot are running about $1.50 (£1) per photo, including cost of the film. That cost will come down when I switch to shooting all B&W and doing my own development. That should bring it down to about 50-60 cents per shot. Right now, I'm doing my best to limit the number of photos I take of the same scene, so at least I'm not paying for duplicate shots.
