Only until the Gr V arrives I suspect. The image quality is good but for some reason I just cannot get on with it.

The best thing I ever done with this camera was to buy a case (half case plus clip on cover). The half case really makes the camera much more easier to handle. I have to admit the most annoying feature that cannot be turned off is when you change mode P,A,S etc the screen gives you a helpful hint to tell you what that mode does. Also it did take me several customised set ups before I got something I could work with.

Paul, you can turn it off - it took me ages to work out how, but it is very simple. Go to the setting menu (spanner) 1 and set 'Mode Dial Guide' to off!
