Rob the only problem with earth are the Humans and some animals like mosquitoes and wasps you know the angry ones.

Now when I saw the title I hoped someone and in this case yourself, to put up a blank white. In this case
I guess Nothing means a superb image, an image that I would take and like a lot if I had taken it.

Nowt wrong with weird, in fact most times it helps. It keeps them away...

I like it too Rob both from the dark toning and the way the vignette adds significance to that area if texture. I like the way the line through the 'illuminated' area cross the diagonal of the tracks. I'd be tempted to straighten the horizon though.
