I received an email last night from OnOne about their latest free offering Perfects Effects 4 Free. I gave it a go even though I couldn't get along with v3 at all which was promptly uninstalled after installation. However, this new version seems a lot faster and the interface is a lot better to. It has 70 stackable effects quite a few of which are a bit over baked but when selected they are activated at full opacity and turning them down can make some of them quite usable.
The also have a set of LR 4 presets available free. I have downloaded these too but I am still going through them to trying them out.
