Nice looking bike, Peter. Looks like hydraulic discs,...is it? Can't quite make out the name. Merida? (Don't get that name brand here in the States.) Looks like it can do the business though, even with that funky saddle.

Thanks Brian. Yes it's my partners bike, hydraulic brakes and adjustable nearly everything, well made.

We were out yesterday for a 12 mile cycle and the heavens opened big style, took shelter under a few trees for about ten minutes etc...

That happened to me in the countryside outside of Prague a few weeks ago. We got a thorough soaking but the weather was warm and then we made it to a brewery where we took shelter for a couple of hours.
