Thanks, guys. And hand-held too. I was lucky with the light at that moment. Set the aperture to f.18, rather than the full f.22. Must try it again with a tripod at f.22.

As noted, the detail is stunning and gives it the look of a very fine pencil drawing I think. The strong direction lighting helps with that I think.

I would be tempted to use a grad filter - either on the camera or in photoshop - to bring in the sky a little bit more. It's a good shot as it is, but I feel it's weakened slightly by the sky.
