I won't get there until Saturday, and that's a children's day...but I hope to have a go. My wife wants to come along too, and we'll drag our teenage daughter along, kicking and screaming Actually, she might enjoy it as she is doing A-Level Art next year, and photography comes into it. We'll see. I'll bring my G10, for 'safe' photos of the event, but hopefully I'll have a pinhole shot or two as well.

I was very tempted by a Walker field camera a few years back but ended up by an Ebony because a fantastic example came up at just the right (wrong?) time. I like the idea of the stability of ABS for something that could get wet (vs wood).

Yeah agreed. It was a highlight. Chatted for a while and showed him my home made pinhole lens and mike was genuinely interested which was such a refreshing Change. A clever man indeed.
