I was just wondering if anyone was into little planets. I only discovered them last year and if anything is worth doing, it's worth doing to excess! I don't have an ultra wide lens, so 61 images and an entire weekend later, I ended up with this...

I apologise for linking directly to my web site, but the image is huge (nowhere near as big as the original though) and it has a zoom function that I don't think I can use otherwise. If this is a problem, then feel free to delete the thread

I didn't find the software easy to use, but it's just incredible that an assorted team of individuals can come up with something like that and then let people download it for nothing. I suppose they do it for the challenge. I can't recall the pixel size of my original, but the file came in at well over 700 Mb. It had be be resized immediately before I could do anything with it and in fact, it's not easy to work with regardless. You apply a filter in Color FX and zoomed right out you can't appreciate the effect. Zoomed in and you can't see it at all. I would give it another whirl though

With the chicken in the middle that is about the best example of that sort of thing i have seen ... just makes so much more sense to do it when there is a sense of humour to it! love it!
