Architectural photography would drive me crazy - there is no way I could get this building looking natural. The left-most part of it is an inward curve. I ended up undoing any perspective adjustment I attempted.
for something like this i'd correct the verticals and let the horizontals end up where they may. lr5 perspective correction will let you do verticals only. that's some killer light on the building. how much fun was the storm?
I understand what you are going through Rob. Trying to get everything straight takes patience and desire I'm not gifted with. I like the colors and intensity of the shot.
Photographs that have well lit subjects and dark skies are often quite dramatic. You definitely captured the drama of the coming storm with these. My fav is the first one.
