this is the second pro model i shot outdoors on course, other model shots are in nudes and glamour btw ;)

pretty easy tbh, in lr3.6 first i boosted blacks in top panel ever so slightly then contrast upto +36 clarity a quick bump and vibrance bumped up. then boosted shadows slightly. exported to photoshop created brightness and contrast layer and converted to luminosity in layer type . tweaked the brightness only slightly as to not lose to much detail then ramped contrast up quite alot. After this ctrl shift alt e to create merged layer at top then image adjustments gradient map choose black and white to convert. then after it black and white you can do another brightness and contrast layer with luminosity as layer type to tweak then to finish off goto image adjustment levels and drop the slider for output levels to get the slightly washed out tone.
