Very nice capture, Rob, and I like the pano look to it. Do you find the "no zoom" frees you up or limits you?

There have been a few times I wish I'd had a zoom, but most of the time, the vast majority of the time, it never enters my mind. Even in this shot, a zoom would have missed the bigger picture, which adds to the sillyness of the subject matter. On the other hand, I could get into bird photography....

You could always get a Fuji xs1 for those times (I've thought about it a few times)

Me too, Hamish. I've played with one in Jessops, and maybe I'll pick up a second-hand one in a year or so.

Yep ... That was exactly my thoughts .. Been keeping an eye on the price on the Fuji referb site too!
