As you say, a good start Allan and it shows how tricky this is as you not only have to convey a sense of speed with the panning but, unlike with cars etc, you have the problem of getting the legs in the right place to be aesthetically pleasing position.
I reckon that is a pretty good effort Allan especially if it's your first crack at it. I'm off to the GP at Silverstone in June and I'll be more than happy if I can achieve anything close
it wasnt easy to get the speed effect as ground was soft/heavy in places and they were averaging about 15-20 secs slower per lap which is a huge difference.........I will deffenitely be giving it another go and with the big daddy camera instead of the x10
I just can't see how that's fair. Although I guess things will even out after the first lap as the cars start spinning off after skidding on all the horse dung all over the track!!
