Raindrop Leaf

Straight out of X100 and slight tweak in Camera Raw...

I'm pleased with this one, as I saw it when I didn't have my camera. But I walked home and back (about a mile) and found the same leaf in the same place, just waiting for me to return with the camera. When I walked back again a couple of hours later, it was gone.

And so you should be, and it was worth the return journey. A lovely delicate image.

Cheers. It was only about an inch long, but it just looked so beautiful compared to what was around it.

Rob a lovely photograph. What strikes me is that occasionally photographs have this type of exposure which works so well, with the need for very little processing. The quality for my eyes is very different from anything that has been tweaked a lot and often much more pleasing.
