Spanish Steps and a link to Keats.

I don't get the Keats link...but the picture is fine (and the movie was extra fine!). I like the way the people on the steps are distorted somewhat. Then lower right, those eyes...

Its the house on the right of the Spanish Steps under the red banner. 26 Piazza di Spagna, Keats-Shelley House where Keats lived and died in 1821.

Crappy pic taken with a Lumix TZ10 before I was seduced by Mistress Fuji and the terrible Merrill twins.
 
Thanks Rob. I wanted to include a bit more of the eyes but I'd have had to have cloned a head out and so I cropped the image.

First prize to Pat (and second to Rob for getting the film tie-in) - at least you got to see the fountain and the church! The Trevi was similarly buried.

Well I got confused after Pat's post, for a minute thinking they where building another hotel in the middle of the steps :rolleyes: But I work like that prior to midday.
