Very interesting Pete. There is some wonderfully effective use of creative blur among his Polaroid images. (I think he's using vaseline or something on his lenses.) Alternatively, the large format Polaroids show very nice sharpness and clarity (the Empire State Building at night shot for example). Great find. Thanks.
Interesting stuff particularly for me at this time as I am looking at different ways to blur images at the time of taking them. I think I will have to go back and have a few more looks to get some ideas.

So far I have a lens from a Halina 35x that I removed and attached to the back plate of an extension tube set. I had to dismantle the lens to clean it and purposely put it back together badly. It sort of sharp-ish in the middle and soft everywhere else. Seems to be working nicely! The centre lens rattles and as you focus the image wobbles!
Hamish has lent me his Lensbaby to play with and in addition to that I plan to make some paper masks and a soft focus filter with a clear filter and vasoline applied in various ways to it. The results will slowly be appearing on RPF.
Hopefully I can find ways to control the blur, not just create it
