Went with my great friend Steve Boykin yesterday and took some photos in Rosebud, Tx. We had a fun time. Taken with the x100s.

I agree, a super collection and I've been dying to see that Coke can shot. An Xmas edition special it seems. I really like the reflection in the first. I find myself imaging the person who see that peeking through the nets at the world outside. The rusty electrical chassis is very nice too - great textures and colours. And I very much like the composition of the graveyard shot. Did you intend this to have cool tones?

Mine too! What a coincidence! Two people in the world with the same favourite colour! What are the odds on that!!!???? Just ignore me. I've just finished a long day of teaching, and feel like flipping out...

Pete, Thank you so much! Haha I thought some people might want to view the soda can being shot from Mr. Boykins Rosebud experience. An Xmas special..maybe..maybe ;) Hehe I didn't really realise how much of a reflection was on the door when I shot it but man...that's an awesome imagination, I might have screamed if I saw someone peeking out  The rusty chassis is my favorite..just seemed so, out of place, thank you! Steve and I stopped by that graveyard on the way back from Rosebud. The only thing I found very interesting was the statue with that bird on it haha, yes I did intend for that photo to have a very cool..kind of brisk tone to it..just seemed to fit it, the filter was the only one I liked with the composition.

You teach?? Thats awesome!! Do you have a favorite subject? By the way..OH YEAH! Green is the best! :D

I teach guitar, ukulele, lute, cittern, banjo, dobro - all without leaving the house :) I do Skype lessons too, if you want one ;) Today I had a guy in LA getting up early to have a uke lesson with me, and a guy in Oregon studying Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar with me.
Now I'm settling down to read a book, then watch TV. The problem is, I do all of the above in the same room. So, I took up photography to force me out of the house, and now most days I go for a walk, camera in hand. I don't always take photos, but often do.
