Well, it looks like they handle copyright well. Might be worth ensuring that they cannot assign exclusivity to an end user without discussing it with you (it doesn't seem they can but a direct question would be good). If they licence a use they take 50% of an fees (which is more than you would get if you didn't use an agency like this).

No idea Dan so wont advise at all. Pete is the wise man as far as I see and the advise is sound. Good fortune if it is above board.
