Nice and simple, Julian. I too prefer the first as I like the contrast of the greens with the bare branches.

I slightly prefer the second (not that you asked for preferences!) and feel it quite restrained compared to what I imagine some of the more imaginative photographers on 500px might to with it...violent red, with blood dripping off the branches...a white horse somewhere, with a scantily-dressed beauty in its back. But now I'm fantasising! See what you've done?!

O'my Rob get those books written and published they would be best sellers, if tedious to write after the first I'd imagine. I'd have ago at that digital art if I knew how, but suspect again it would become quite tedious.
