The now-derelict, technical university in Potsdam next to the new place / local government buildings. I keep hoping that they will renovate this old GDR-era building but fear that the decay of the concrete reinforcing may be too far gone.

Thanks, Ivar. Actually, the apartment buildings a short way away from the old college are used for just that. I have a picture taken from the square just outside them. I'll post it later.

Hmm, that yellow. I think that was the only official alternative to communist red, they've used it for everything official.
