Whilst I was working in Abu Dhabi I did a trip to Nizwa in Oman for a camping trip. We stayed in the mountains at a tented campsite and the views were breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. We had a good look around the town at Nizwa and this is where this photo was taken - in the restored fort.

Early refrigeration -the flask is made of porous clay and wetted, the breeze evaporates the water and cools the content.
