I did not know I showed this one, I'm sorry that happened. Those chimneys puke out what is considered to be steam, but unfortunately this factory burns rubber tires and a lot of other toxic wastes and PM 2,5 which is so invisible containing the rubber mentioned, water and other substances, is being emmitted from these chimneys. People in the neighbourhood are inhaling it and have for many years. And no measuring devices are to be found. PM 2,5 is the name of particle matter whereas 2,5 is the smallest measured. PM 10 is another but much larger.
