Darn you Rob. I had fantasies of a next particular camera not being a Sigma. It seems the Quattro zero cannot be passed by after seeing these. Some of the best B+W rendered images I have seen from this camera anywhere. I like them all with the second and fourth being particularly good.
Are these tampered with much, or straight from the camera? Also wondering what ISO?

Cheers, Julian. ISO 100, blue in-camera filter, and a circular polariser on the lens. I got three Hoya filters recently, so have been testing them out. I can't recall doing much, if anything, to these, unlike the daff shots, where I would pull the X3 Fill to the left. I added grain in LR6.

They are all great, especially that second one - Steps.

Another great city set Rob...

Do you shoot Raw or jpeg and, if the former, do you need the in-camera filter...?...can't you add it in PP...?

Confused of North East.

Don't be confused, Dougie. It's all about composition. Yes, I only shoot raw. And yes, I could change all sorts of things in PP. But at the time of shooting, I want to get everything as close to where I want it to be, in-camera. That's where the interpretation of the scene first takes place, so I want to manipulate the camera to see what I see there and then, not hours or days later in the comfort of my home. Does that make sense? I do very little in pp these days.

Thanks Rob...so you basically download and convert to JPEG from camera, got you now. I 'm not sure if I'm brave enough that attempt that yet...almost like returning to the days of handing in a spool to Boots and hoping for the best...!
