Critique Welcomed Summer day

Looks like an interesting location for a photo shoot. Lots of rocks and an undulating shoreline with plenty of distant objects of interest. Including the rocks in the foreground was a good idea. I might have zoomed in some (if you had a zoom lens?) to put the rocks a little lower in the image and remove some of the sky.

thanks for your comments Ralph. I dont have any zoom lens. I used 35mm for this shot

I thought that might be the case. I sure like the colorful location. Where is it?

This place is called Inspiration Lake which located in Hong Kong. The weather was franking hot when I was there, however you could see the sky was super nice really, hardly see such a blue sky in Hong Kong this year due lots of rain in here lately

Inspiration Lake, eh? An apt name for a beautiful place.

I have a couple of Voigtlander lenses and they too verge more to the the blue than Leica and Zeiss.

I took this photo by M9P with my Voigtlander Nokton 35mm F1.s ASPH II, no matter why the blue in the photo is so amazing!! Is it most of the Voigtlander lenses verge more to the blue than Leica and Zeiss?

I have a 35mm Color Skopar (LTM), 28mm Ultron (LTM), 35mm f/1.2 Nokton, 75mm f/2.5 (LTM) and the 12mm Super Heliar. I also have a 25mm f/0.95 in MFT for use on a video camera. Hmm, OK, more than a couple then!

This is with the 12mm
