Take Me To The Bridge

Trying to see how far I can take the black before killing the pic. I like the inky blackness that can be got from using Portra colour, then converting it it b&w. It doesn't worry me that there are large parts without detail, as I like the blackness, and that does of course take the eye to the bridge.

I like the use of the 'negative space' here Rob and it does indeed focus the eye on the bridge and provide a strong sense of structure to the image. It's a shame one couldn't get more straight on to the bridge so that is doesn't appear to slope (I know, it is just the angle). I do like the subtle reflections though.

Ha! What an image. Difficult to operate the C330 or worse, the RB67, under those circumstances. A good skill to have, though!
