Tall Tree?

Let's see your tall tree shots! I'm sure you can all outdo this one, especially you Americans - where everything is taller, bigger, louder, faster :D

XE1 in the Botanical Gardens yesterday, when it was sunny (raining today...)

that's actually too tall for me to view in my browser all at once...

Julian - I just saw the couple walking towards it, providing perspective, and I took a snap. I should have taken two more seconds to compose myself and the shot more carefully. Ah well...

Andrew - you'll need to buy a monster screen!

Here you go Andrew! ;)

A beautiful image of a big tree. A grand day out, Rob. :)

The American tourist visits Australia, and he has an Australian guide who is proud of his land.
So, the guide takes the guest around, showing big landmarks, buildings, monuments, landscapes.
Anytime the American is presented with a magnificent view, he says "in U.S. we have that this big, this tall, bla, bla."
The Australian is really getting upset, but still polite. As they were driving in the desert, a kangaroo crosses the road, jumping.
The American, not knowing what it is and impressed by the animal, asks "What was that?". The Australian proudly says, "well, it's our Australian Mouse."...

Yours sounds more original, Pete. I probably improvised. :)

Yes, Texas is special. I visited Dallas area in 1995 on business, and I was a vegetarian. I asked the host of the restaurant what dish they had for me. She said "chicken."
