The end of the flowering season...

Taken years ago now using my Nikon D600 with a Sigma 105mm macro lens at f8 1/1000th ISO 400.

A nice stroll down to the sea at what was approaching sunset brought me to an old military site that is slowly being taken over by nature, the force none of us can beat. A beautiful, peaceful, calm evening that should have ended with beer but you know, I'm more and more alcohol free.

I did a bit of modifying with Photoshop and Colour Efex Pro. Nature may well be the Force Majeure but sometimes it needs help.
