The Humming Bird

There are many different kind of these birds in the West Indies, some more colourful then this particular one. They do not sit still or stand still in the air for long and I spent many an afternoon trying to get a good picture. I count myself lucky to have made this.

Thank you Pete. With the speed of these wings, you really have to have a fast shutter which I did not want. But a fast shutter it is though.
