Thank you Julian, I just tried my hand at handholding it. My hands are getting kind'a shaky at times so a stabilised lens is to be preferred I guess. No prime lenses of mine are, albeit that's what I really would like to use. I may have to go back to....or choose one with a stabilised house.

I am sure you are very stabilised Ivar, unless you've been sipping again. In which case I'd say go out before the sipping begins. As for these camera's and lens's which themselves are unstable, I'd hold them tighter or splash out on a tripod.
