That is a really awesome photo.
England is such a beautiful country. I've only been there once and hope to go again before I'm too old. The really sad thing here in America where I live is all of the countryside is private land. You are not welcome. The owners almost always have an arsenal to protect themselves from something- communists, the Government, terrorists, you name it.
Only 1.92% of all the land in Texas is owned by the Federal or State Govt (and I'm sure Rick Perry is trying to figure out some way to sell the State part).

Subtle differences lol. As you're American Steve I won't taken any offence lol.... I'm Scottish and only take photographs of Scotland, to say England would be like accusing you of being Canadian or Mexican.
We're lucky in Scotland in that we have a freedom to roam act which allows us to go where the hell we like
