Very good, Brian. I suppose one step backwards, to get the top of the word in as well as the woman's head, would have had you over the edge and onto the tracks? Very good shot, though, and she looks very Parisienne!

No dedication some people!

Stunning shot Brian. And the juxtaposition of the lady with Doris Darling poster is brilliant. I love walls with posters etc on. Often either pattern they create or the accidental humour / contrast the posters create adds so much accidental wealth to the whole (or maybe it isn't accidental. Maybe Bill Posters has a subversive edge to him after all: maybe that's why they are so keen to prosecute him!). :).

Thanks, Rob. Yeah, there was only so much I could get in the frame while actually standing on the platform. But in truth I'm not sure I even saw the word Theatre when I snapped the picture. I took it quickly, since the lady was moving along at a fair clip. Thanks again, Rob!

Is Bill Posters related to our beloved Miss Sarah, perchance? ;) Pete,...You had posted a fotie or two some time ago that you shot while on an escalator as you were descending into a subway. Or perhaps you were ascending, I can't remember. But anyway, those were brilliant shots and I was thinking of them when I was shooting a few shots in the Metro. Thank you, Pete.
