You got lucky there, Beth. I didn't rent a car.we've seen the plane terminal and train station, next is the automobile rental lot? cool shot, i like the light coming in through the arches and the glow on the railing to the right.
Any accusations of wonky horizons on this image are false, and anyone making (or reporting) any alleged off-kilter horizon is themself a wonky-brained individual. (Indeed, "cuckoo" would also seem an apt descriptor.) Any such accuser would be wise to dislodge their eyeball's (if indeed they are even using them) from the top of the frame and instead cast a look at the platform, which will be found to be rendered with something very close to horizontal exactitude.Fine image, Brian. But it does have a hint of those cuckoo clocks, with little figures coming in and out of doors, left and right.
BTW, I've reported you to the Horizontals Police (@YouKnowWho)
Why thank you, Paul. It feels good to be exonerated! (@Rob MacKillop )A fine shot Brian and I do concur, the platform is indeed level.
Thank you, Tom.Looks like a grand old station Brian and a very nice shot of it.
Why thank you Julian for offering your observations which further exonerate me from the wild accusations that were aimed so unfairly in my direction by a certain RPFr whom I shall not name. (@Rob MacKillop )I looked at the platform, as straight as a die I see and commend you sir, if only the builders had put the girder above in straight, typical builder .
Splendid shot Brian , great to sit in the living room and to view Prague station. .
The Perpendicular Police are a bunch of idiots, Pete. They don't know up from down. They are not at all like the Horizontal Police. (Who are evil evil people.) I'm glad you like that light, Pete. I do to. Thanks for the comments.I think this might be a case for the perpendicular police myself!
What gorgeous light. I'm almost expecting someone else to emerge from the LH door.
The metro is rather special I always think - it reminds me of a 1950s sic-fi movie!
