I agree with Pete, but would have liked a trifle less frozeness on the biker. Maybe a little motion there. I am not sure, but it looks a little static.

I figured the fact that the background was blurred with motion, the tyres were blurred out with motion, and the spokes were invisible, was enough to indicate movement

The second is spot on , a fine photo of a kind I've never attempted because I doubt I'd do it justice. It does have a real sense of movement and speed.
