No, not CCTV, just took a shot of what was showing on the telly at the time, I shot it in B/W for effect.

I agree with Hamish. If you hadn't revealed the source I would have eventually begun to wonder about the frames right and left, but I would not have suspected a TV screen. Its a cool shot.
