It worked on me in that I am not certain or not if it is staged. First thoughts it was some stranger passing, which of course it could be .

Julian, to me it is staged, but all the same good and funny as well as well composed. Very well done Mark. Excuse me for being so bold, but does your last name stem from a Scandinavian descent Mark?

Wonderful shot, Mark. Great timing and plenty of humour but it is the shadow I love and how it appears to not related to the runner. It reminds me of that cartoon character of the Tasmanian Devil! Maybe it is her alter-ego emerging!
