At absolute least this thread made me smile as I know full well that I have say tinkering with my camera pointing it at the tele seeing what funny effects can be achieved!
I bet everyone here has!
I don't think there is anyone here who doesn't need some sort of 12 step plan ...
I've spent pretty much the entier weekend pointlessly cocking and fireing the shutter of a 1897 lens ... Hat because I find the the satisfying ... Literally, just sat on the sofa for huge periods of times tinkering with it ... I've stripped it and cleaned it twice!
We are men! We have hobbies! We take hobbies seriously!
And sometimes seriously involves taking photos of the tv because what's on the tv doesn't quite seem as interesting as taking photos

As I typed that I just knew that someone with a passion for Hi-Fi would post a picture of their tuner (in fact, think about it, I might have already done so!!. And I did take a few pictures of an old heater last night!!
