Not convinced that the right side highlights are an issue in that, I often like that part of an image that creates some type of tension as it were, that you need to think more about the image as a whole. For that alone it often works in my book. Whatever is there will effect the image over all as you know, and therefore would not have the good qualities it does if it were not.
