Who's got Google + then

It seems Google have today eventually made Google + available to those with my type of account ...
I have set up a "RPF Friends" Circle...
I don't yet fully understand what this means but i have added Darren and Larry to it (people it seemed to know that i was in someway connected to ... i think)
... so what now?
Would anyone else like to be in the circle?
What do we do within the circle once we are in it?
Im still a little mystified if im honest, but im keen to get to grips with it!

I'm on there, and I think you can now mark a circle public so it can be seen by everyone (otherwise we all have to make our own circles).

Is this the thing were a number of people can subscribe to a dairy and sync their smart phones to it so if anyone sets a date everyone can see it? We played around with it in work, it was Google something, might have been plus, I'm not sure.

Don't think so ...
You can do that with google callenders and sync ... We use it at work
This is like Facebook

You get the callenders with gmail I think ... Certainly "google apps"
It's all a bit confusing for me as to what does what... But we use it
It's very good actualy, I can add stiff to gregs callender remotely etc...

It's basically Facebook but a bit less convoluted ...
I can see me getting into it a bit to be fair
It sort of combines the good bits of Facebook and twitter from my evenings playing ...
