Why ever did I sell my ............?

Don't know whether this has been done before but I have been reading a number of post around the net where the author has expressed regret at selling a particular camera. I could probably list quite a few myself but if I had to select one it would be my Mamiya C33 which I used for around 10 or more years backed up by an Olympus XA which was always in my pocket. These are two my favourites from the camera.c3301.jpgc3305.jpg

During the early 1980s, I used an Olympus OM2n, with an Olympus XA as a backup. In about 1984, I sold the XA to a colleague as I wasn't using it very much. I am still regretting that sale. The little XA was just so portable and produced some amazing results. I never found another compact 35mm film camera that came anywhere near close.

Beautiful, especially the second one, with nice contrast and sharp details both in the foreground and in the distance.
Thank you Gianluca.

Couldn't agree more, Laurence - the XA is another of my regrets. It is an amazingly capable camera given its size.
