Interesting pic, Rob. Snow and thunderstorm rolled into one. That's some bolt of lightning hitting the lamp.. !
ICM isn't something I've tried properly (I've had plenty of UCMs, though) and yet, as you've shown, can be very effective. Maybe I ought to have a proper go..

99% of the time it fails me too, or I it. I set the timer for one second, and did a partial clockwise movement without rushing. Worked better than I had hoped.
