Yorkshire again - another day, yet more rain. This place wasn't easy to find and the drive was interesting to say the least. Unfortunately this was the only viewpoint for a little person unable to climb dry stone walls

Very nice again Lesley. Not only is it a super composition but you also have the details like the sheep and that house. Plus the background and the clouds. A super shot. You know what you need for next time though? A small aluminium step ladder. Nothing will stop you then!!

Thank you gentlemen. I thought I was a bit odd taking a whistle on holiday to Nepal and a folding plastic bucket to Mongolia. Next trip, three days in the Peak District - must pack step ladder!

Wow Zooey !! What a powerful composition and , as usual , a spot on edit.
I'm trying to find any little thing I could make a suggestion about and just
can't find it. Maybe just maybe, for a grey haired old man whose only drama
now comes from photography, what do you think about punchin' up the clouds
just a very wee bit ??

Ah... the clouds. I remember a conversation about this in another place. If you recall, I had terrible problems with banding in the sky with my Yorkshire set. They were the last images before I moved to CS5 and 16 bit processing. I can't push this one any further without it showing and I don't have the heart to start from scratch. I know I would end up going in another direction and then I drive myself crazy because I can't decide which version I prefer...
