Woodland Sanctuary exhibition.

I went to The Moors National Park visitor centre in Danby to see this inspiring photography exhibition yesterday. It shows the work of photographers Simon Baxter and Joe Cornish. All of the work was carried out in woodland within the North York Moors National Park.

Simon Baxter published this video yesterday, where he and JC discuss some of the photos.

Thanks, Chris. That was interesting. I have read a few articles by Joe Cornish and his emphasis on timing, etc always comes across.
Hi Pete. It was a great show. I know Simon Baxter's work better than Joe Cornish's but both Mischa and I were really struck by some of his work. So much so, in fact, that Mischa bought one of the exhibits. It's the one that they discuss on the video above (about 8 minutes in). It's called 'Requiem for Ash', which is quite poignant for me, because I have spent the last 10 years planning for, and initiating the work to react to the horrendous impact of ash dieback disease.
