Work of Shirl

I am a bit of a Grinch, those younger than me tell me. I don't even know what a Grinch is, though I understand that he doesn't do decorations at Christmas. But this domestic scene makes me happy to see it.

Very nice, Ivar, and I hope Shirl is getting better every day.

We only do the 'legal' twelve days of Christmas...more than enough.

Thank you Rob. Yes she is better by the day.
Now we do not celebrate much of Christmas here in our home, albeit one may be mislead. But Shirl grasps any opportunity to be creative and she has lots of fun, being a fan of small and not so small santas and coloured lights. I suspect she is more of a spiritual soul than a religious one in disguise.
Our son and her have been notoriously occupied with the task of dressing everything with coloured lights in the garden.
We, compared to you, only celebrates first day of Christmas, when all the grandchildren come and have lunch with us oldies, together with their father. Then Christmas is over, but the lights stay and the santas, for a while.
Being of another culture as she is ( a true hybrid ), and I being the doubtful Thomas in a wide spread storybook, do not dwell to much on this so-called holy season.
But we do realise there is more between heaven and earth than we mortals understand.🥴
As well as here on this earth as well🤔 Take care you two. Hope there is a good progress of health in the home of the Mackillops.🌹

I'm glad to see this, Rob. I do not tend to make you laugh, as that may hurt under the circumstances. But just feeling normal must be great. I have struggled to achieve such a state all my life. I am sure there is a certain one out there who willingly concurs. I'm glad to see you'll all be gathered. Cheers to you.
