stunning image with the feathers on full display. there's a few living near my place, but they look like crack heads and they're noisy little buggers.

the last one of the stairs does it for me. beautiful framing with the leaves overhead.

it looks a lot like shiprock. the dark rock against the lighter desert is pretty interesting. was the rock that much darker or was it a cloud?

coulda sworn i commented on this. great set, feels like they were pulled straight from an old john wayne movie.

i spent my time hanging around the batteries. those are pretty cool. we have one at a local state park, but it's closed to the public.

great series. i'm always amazed with the technically imperfect images on this forum. other forums you get yelled at and publicly flogged for showing the tiniest bit of camera shake or image softness. and yet the images here are always far more interesting.
