Mamiya C220 & Kodak TMax400 - a day at the Fort

My wife and I spent 4 days in Savannah, GA. Friend's wedding. I took my Lumix G9 with a few lenses - and my recently purchased Mamiya C220. I visited two forts (Johnson & Pulaski.) I shot these at Fort Johnson. Developed with Cinestill DF96 & "scanned" with my Nikon D800. The C220 continues to impress me, as it was without fail and a joy to use. I ended up shooting 5 rolls through it (Tmax400, Kentmere400, Cinestill 800, and two rolls of Gold 200) - and used the 80mmF2.8 the entire time, despite also having my 135mmF4.5 with me. I metered these with my phone.

I like the toneality of all the images.

fort pulaski is a fun place to explore. you used to be able to see the old lighthouse from the fort, but the trees might have grown up since then.

This was actually Fort Johnson (I do have a bunch of Gold 200 pics of Pulaski. When I was at Pulaski I ended up driving a bit further down the road, and doing some mild trespassing and got a few pics of the lighthouse with my G9 and 100-400.

i couldn't place the first picture, but the rest of them look just like ft pulaski. it's been about a decade since i've been there. last time i skipped the fort and went for a boat ride out to the lighthouse. i don't remember going to ft johnson, but there's a good chance my parents took me there when i was a kid.
